i am in India at present and my first time US H1B visa is stamped on 27th July 2021 with “NIE UNDER ALL P.P.S ON NOVEL CORONAVIRUS”.
Can i travel to USA now or do I need to apply NIE exemption.
NIE had been made to be accepted for 12 months.
I think you will need a new NIE before travel.
