Need to apply H4 EAD based on recently approved I140

I have my current i797 till Aug 31 2022.
I got my i 140 approval recently and extension will be filed only in 2022 March end.

I want to file H4 EAD as i am already having approved H4-i797 for spouse till Aug 2022.

Can any one suggest what should be the best approach. Should i wait till my extension is done or file immediately but that may come with only Aug 2022 expiry date.

Just file with H1B & H4 extension of status. The premium processing may be available by then for H4/EAD as well if you want to expedite the processing.
