Hello,
I have accepted an offer letter and joining date is in 2 weeks. Currently I am on H1 and the new company has filed my H1 also and is approved.
Due to insecurity, can I join new company and then resign from my current organization.
There will be an overlap of 2 weeks in total.
Is it ok if I do overlap on H1.
