Paid fee for regular, want to convert to tatkal

I am applying for passport renewal thru SFO.
I have completed VFS online registration and embassy online application form and paid for regular processing of passport renewal. I want to change the processing type to tatkal. I created a new application form at embassy website ang have new ARN number.

As I have already paid the $75 passport fee, I wanted to see pay extra fee and process it as tatkal (with new ARN ). Any one know if its possible ?

Will emailing/enquiry form with VFS global useful any one able to get response from there ?

You might have to go for refund and then re-apply.
