Partner Skill: Job Code in the Same Occupation List

Hi Anil Sir,

Apologies if my question is answered before.

What is exactly meant when it is said " Job Occupation code should be in the same occupation list as primary applicant list"?

Does it mean that both the job code should be same like if I am Software Engineer, my spouse also should be Software Engineer?

Can I claim points if I am a Software Engineer and my spouse is Computer Network and Systems Engineer, i.e. job code 261313 and 263111 respectively as per the ANZSCO code for MLTSSL?

It means that both your job code should be part of MLTSSL list.
