Passport renewal address change selection

I belongs to Hyderabad and after the states are divided AP became Telangana

Do I have to select the address change option since the state name is changed? (There is no change in my address except the state name)

If yes, What is the address proof documents I have to submit?. All the address proofs I got before state divide.,

Nope… That’s not an address change… Go for normal renewal…
