I am currently in India and has applied for my Visa 189 with 85 points.
I was in Kuwait for the past 4 years so I will need a PCC from kuwait in case of an invitation.
My query is that How can I apply for an Kuwait PCC from india ( my Kuwait Visa is cancelled so I can’t go back for PCC)
