Hi @Stevolg Check with your employer as they can check the status of your application with DOL. You should have got the result by now.

Hi Anil I see that currently PERM/Labor is taking 123 days as per above chart? Which means if someone filed today it will take minimum 123 days. How about if someone filed in month of Feb 2019 last week, how much time it will take best and worst case

Hi @Vinay_G You can expect to get your PERM approval anytime now. There are many people who are waiting from Dec 2018 filing though. Don’t worry. You are not alone.
