I have filed my PERM in 2nd week of FEB 2022 and till now no updates from attorney .

My PERM filed on 30th Dec 2021 was approved yesterday. It took 7 months 17 days.

In the excel sheet shared by DOL, There was only one application is approved that were filed in 2022 that was filed in March2022 and approved in May2022

Also, the priority date of this case now states Dec 31st (which is a bank holiday). Seems fishy.

better to file I-140 in premium and then file 485 separately that way your case wont go to TX service center
