Police clearance certificate

Hi Group,

We are currently living in the US on H1B visa for the past 10+ years with occasional visits to india on vacation. Each of the visit has not been more than 4 weeks at a time. Do we need to get a police clearance certificate from India (or from the indian embassy) or is only the FBI PCC good enough?

A police clearance certificate is required from all countries where you have lived in the past 10 years for more than 12 months. If you have made multiple short trips and they all add up to 12 months, you should get a PCC.
