Can some one please help me here?
I am currently in USA and planning to travel to INDIA in July. I started filling my DS-160, I completed the individual DS-160 forms for myself and my spouse. My spouse is also on H1B (recently shifted from H4 to H1). When I was scheduling an appointment at ustraveldocs, as per the website I am eligible for drop box. I added my spouse and child profile as well and it was asking fee for 3 people. Now the confusion I have is, whether my spouse is eligible for the dropbox or not? Technically she is not on a dependent status now. First of all, are we allowed to have the family appointment?
