I just submitted the ACS application but I am concerned of the result. I have been with the same company for 7 years but the name has been changed few years back.
I got the reference letter in company letterhead but the name change information is in the footer section of the letter and they said that they won’t add that in content of the letter.
Anyhow, I have added a separate pdf to list the table of contents for payment evidence, including a note about the name change, where to find it in the reference letter and keywords to search in the bank statements.
Will that be enough? Will they go through the additional document attached?
