Resend photos with Address proof - VFS WASHINGTON DC

I have sent the application to VFS. But, they have requested to resend the photos and asked clarification of Indian address proof. Do I need the print the application form and paste the photos on it or Do I need to just Place the photos with the address proof in the envelope?

Just send what they have asked for. No need to paste the photos on application, if they haven’t mentioned it.
