RNIP program in rural areas in CANADA

If we pursue a post-graduate certificate program in any rural areas which participate in the RNIP program just an offer letter from an employer would serve for points in the express entry or it has to be an LMIA assessment and job codes regarding that is mandatory?

(I’ve gone through their websites and didn’t find my line of study or jobs available in that area, does it mean the program of study is not eligible for RNIP program?).

Please suggest your views or case studies if you’ve come across any.

Please suggest.

LMIA assessment and job codes is mandatory.
