Should husband & wife create separately for jointly owned property?

Hi Anil,

My wife and I are in the US. We are joint owners of a property in Noida. In order to sell this property, should we create separate POA or can it be 1 POA?

You can either create separate or joint PoA. It is your choice.
Joint will save you money for attestation and registration of PoA in India.

I would suggest to go with Joint PoA.
