Stamped H1B unable to travel

Is there anyone here who has a stamped h1b visa on their passport and is not able to travel to US from India due to the travel ban effective from May 4,2021? Does anyone know if there is any update on the ban or will there be any update soon? I dont understand the logic behind banning H1B/L1. Does the US gov plan on including stamped H1 atleast in the exceptions list?

You will need to keep tracking the Presidential Proclamation 10199 (India)

Thanks but i wanted to know when would these travel restrictions get updated or modified tentatively?

 Unfortunately I am not an astrologer or dont work at White House or Consulate so I have no way to guess.

On a serious note though, no body really knows, you just need to keep tracking as I mentioned earlier.

I see a new updated proclamation and it doesn’t mention India anymore. (Proclamation on the Suspension of Entry as Immigrants and Non-Immigrants of Certain Additional Persons Who Pose a Risk of Transmitting Coronavirus Disease | The White House)
Does this mean that the ban is now lifted for H1B holders with approved visa stamps? Please suggest.

You are looking at an old proclamation. 10199 is still in effect.
