Standalone H4 EAD renewal application

Hi Anil,

I sent my spouse’s H4 EAD renewal (standalone) application to Texas lockbox and FedEx packet reached on July 12th, 2021. I attached G-1145 form with it, but I haven’t received any notification yet from USCIS.

Is it normal not to get any response immediately from USCIS in spite of G-1145 included as receipt notice is taking time to get generated? Any idea how long it will take to create receipt no from USICS?

USCIS may take from 7 to 21 days or even more considering current workload.
You cant expect to receive sms or email the very next day- , be patient and wait.
