Travel while GC is in process

Hello Anil,

I’m traveling to Mexico on a personal trip in the month of November.
My company started my Green card application (they are about to apply for the LCA). in the mean while can I step out of the country and come back without any issues?
is it going to be okay? if not, please let me know what will be the consequences?

I don’t see any issue with traveling as the LCA and PERM process is for future GC job position.
