[Urgent] H4 DS-160 Question

Hello

  • I’m on H4 Visa and My H4 EAD is approved. I’m filling my ds-160 as I want to convert to F1 by travelling to home country.

  • In DS-160 they have asked, ‘Has anyone filled a immigration petition on your behalf?’ I should select Yes or No since my husband has I140 approved.?
