This is a nice feature Thank you for your support for immigrant community.
I used this form but I needed to fill out Interpreter and Preparer section that I can’t as all the fields are locked and pdf is not fillable anymore.

After filling out my contacts,why I can’t go further to fill the form and email it?

You can delete the record the create a new one to fix this issue.
