Use old I-765 form with expiry date 5-31-2020 as new form is not available yet

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization form expires 05/31/2020.

The new form is not available on the USCIS website. Can we use the old form and apply for my EAD extension?

You can use the old i-765 dated 5/31 form as long as the new one is not officially published by USCIS.

They should accept the old dated form.
