Any way that spouse can work immediately after primary h1 is approved? I heard about day 1 cpt also, is that an option to get spouse to work? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
Unless the primary H1B holder has an approved I-140, H4 spouse wont qualify for employment. Day 1 CPT schools are shady so be aware. Also you need to switch your spouse to F1 to qualify for day 1 CPT or OPT employment.
