What is the best way to submit separate EOI for all three--State SC190, and SC491 for a given state

For Submitting EOI for 189,190 or 491 visas. what is best way to submit the EOI’s.

Q1. Separate EOI for all three SC189, state SC190, and SC491 for the state eg. VIC ?

Q2. Document needed for EOI application require attestation by JP or advocate OR color documents are considered without attestation.

  1. Separate EOIs are suggested

  2. No documents are needed at the time of EOI Submission. You just need to fill in correct info and submit. Once you receive an invitation, and file for VISA, then you have to submit proof of each information that you filled in your EOI.
