140 Filed, I see Old priority date on the receipt notice

My Employed filed my 140, My Original PD is Apr 2013. in the new 140 Receipt notice, I see new PERM Priority date. which is Jan 2021.

And there is a note “If this notice contains a priority date, this prioritv does not reflect earlier retained priority dates. We will notify you separately about any other case you filed.” What it means?
