Could blank passport ( without any travel visa history) be a problem for employment base visa. Is this why I have not heard anything regarding the case and it is taking time.
I don’t think blank passport has anything to do with work visa.

Change of date does mean that they are working on your case.

As you said in the beginning that “They usually approve it if the document that they requested is good enough.” so does it take long time to get approve as in my case

There is no fixed time. Each case is different and each embassy’s workload differs and hence the processing time.
I know you are stressed but you can’t do anything except waiting.

How long does it take to get the passport once visa has been issued.
1-4 days is normal time once visa has been stamped.
