I have a question -
I have my I-797, H1B Visa till Nov 5, 2027 and I-94 is also till this date (from 2024 Aug H1B Extension filing) . This is from my previous end-Client (working with same Employer).
Currently, I started working with new end-client (working with same employer), and my employer had filed my H1B Amendment (Regular Processing) with receipt date on 02-04-2026 (Feb 04, 2026). The case status is still in-processing state. Does 240 days rule apply in this scenario? Should I request my employer to upgrade it to Premium Processing?
