Onshore or Offshore?
Onshore (Melbourne-VIC) for the last 4 years (no India visit or additional travel).
Since you are onshore, you anyway have better chances than all those offshore folks. VIC and other states too are yet to come up with their official information on State Nomination post budget announcement. So keep an eye on that. They might still like to give priority to Critical Care onshore applicants but nothing will be confirmed until they come up officially. ALSO, not even a MARA agent can give an invitation prediction at this point of time. So, just wait and watch.

My job code is 261313,currently I’m at 95 points offshore, As per budget release of this financial year seems like there may not be offshore 189 invites… Can you please tell is offshore invite been completely stopped

As per the annual budget announcement, it was said that the priority will be given to Employer sponsored visas over non sponsored visas, Partner visas where spouse is residing in regional areas and those applications lodged onshore. They didn’t explicitly say that offshore invitations are/will be stopped. However, the implication we get out of that is that less priority will be given to offshore applicants for 189/190/491.
DHA will/might invite offshore people (for 189) who comes under the “critical care occupations and with 90+ points”. It will not be a surprise if an offshore RN/Physician having 90+ points gets a 189 invite from DHA.
For 190,
ALSO, not even a MARA agent can give an invitation prediction at this point of time. So, just wait and watch and play your cards!
