About Employer – Employee Relationship

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been offered a wonderful opportunity with an IT services company.
However, they do not work directly with the client. Instead, they have an implementation partnership with a top consulting firm, and that consulting firm has a project,
I would like to understand If the situation involves an employer-employee relationship violation.
Even though it is an excellent opportunity, I do not wish to join them. If it’s too A**pain, getting extension/ visa stamping down the line!

You need to ask the employer and their immigration lawyer as to how they will established the H1B credentials and comply with USCIS laws with your intended employment structure.
As far as they can meet all H1B compliances including employer-employee relationship, there is no need to worry about visa stamping or extension.
