Account blocked for more than 72 hrs

Hi,
I am trying to get an appointment for making an application for a B2 visa.

I did try it a few extra times due to which my account is blocked and its more than 72 hrs and its still blocked. Can you plz assist on why is it still blocked even after 72 hrs have passed and how can I get it unblocked since its past 72 hrs.

Do not try logging in before 72 hours, else, generally the clock resets. Reach out to US Travel Docs Support if it’s locked even after waiting for the mentioned time.
