I have received the invitation on 60+15 points for 491 incl. 5 points for experience (which I don’t want to claim) but my agent added this points. Now concern is he told me to get the new ACS Skill assessment and get 5points claimed which I got luckily. Now case officer asking me submit those skills assessment prior to the EOI invitation date (based on PY -I also have those documents ) . What is the chances of refusal ?
The experience which I claimed after, were valid also; I just don’t have the formal letter from ACS. but the job and proof of all documents were legit and can be proved.
