Acs skill assessment renew End Date Not editable

Hi ,

My previous skill assessment expired and would like to renew it.
I have changed the company and not able to edit the end date in the last skill assessment.
I have mail to acs long back no response yet.
How can I proceed .please help

Contact ACS support again. They have phone call support also.
