Hello,

I have a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Mechanical. But my experience is in the games/vfx industry as a developer. The JD is similar to a software developer. What is your general comments as to how I should go about with ACS pertaining to my experience. I have about 12+ years experience.

It looks like the DHA policy has now changed to essentially ignore the “deeming date” that ACS provides: Important change to Work Experience points - Iscah

Could you advise and update the article if it’s true: Many people will think that they’re ineligible for certain visas because ACS takes at least 2 years off your work experience - which now no longer happens. If you worked for 3 years, you have 3 years of work experience.
