Hello Everyone, I’m looking for inputs on this topic. I’ve learnt that one of the ways to do this is for one parent to be in India and having legal & physical custody of the adopted kid before the kid can apply for H4 dependent visa. Are there alternative routes to accomplish this ? Thanks in advance!
