Hey Guys, My EAD is valid until SEP-2024 but when I recently visited India and came back on advance parole, I received I-94 only until DEC-23. Is it normal to receive I94 that expires before EAD/Advance parole? And if yes, what should I do to extend my I-94 now? I can only file EAD/Advance parole 6 months in advance and with I-94 expiring end of year, my window to file EAD and advance parole won’t open before the current one expires. Appreciate any help and feedback!
Parole i94 validity does not matter even though it has a concrete date mentioned on it.
Just file the extension normally when it is time to file.
