I was on F1 visa till I completed OPT. I had 2 unpaid internships in OPT and then applied for COS to H4 and got it approved last year. Now I am planning to visit India to apply for H4 visa stamping. I have never been denied any visa. Will I be eligible for dropbox

yeah i checked. It says I am eligible. But in the example given in the article it is shown for a scenario wherein it says COS from H1B to H4 as not eligible for dropbox as both are different visas. My case is the same too. I was on F1. Changed status to H4 while in the US. Applying for new H4 visa now. So i am confused.
