Thatā€™s great and really happy to hear such good news. Appreciate your time on reply. I too facing getting denial email from employer. Hope I can submit my colleague (who is senior than me in 3 months in organisation and same account/team) SD along with his joining letter, first payslip and latest payslip. Will that work? If so shall I attach this in the first go or wait and use for CO response? Please advise. Fyi. He joined in late 2005 and I was in early 2006.

Can you help to provide format of Deponent letter of declarant? Does that also need to be notarized or do they expect it to be signed and stamped in Company letter head>

Hey manish/nakul ,did you get ACS assessment completed with an email explanation for not providing r&r on letterhead?
My current employer is neither providing letter with roles and responsibilities nor rejection reason letter on letterhead!

One of my friendā€™s application got rejected since explanation letter was not provided. If your company is reluctant to provide the letter, then if you have an email from the HR regarding refusal you can use that.

I had written same to the ACS whether ā€˜email from hr would suffice or notā€™ and they had replied saying ā€œCase office may accept the emailā€. But it is not guaranteed that they would accept. It depends on case officer i believe.

Hi folks!
I got my acs assessment successfully in 4 weeks with no documents deficiencies.Here are the documents i have submitted so i guess other aspirants can take a reference.

  1. Employment ref letter with previous org on company letter head.
  2. HR email with current employer stating ā€˜org name -does not provide roles& resp letterā€™, thatā€™s it.This section has confused me a lot but itā€™s simple, just attach the pdf of email from your HR.
  3. Stat dec from my current supervisor.Here i guess designation does not matter ,what matter is the role and hence your colleague with same designation but in a supervisory role should be valid.
  4. Employment ref letter of current supervisor.
  5. Either Payslips,bankstatements or payslip & form16+form 26as

Congratulations Ankit and its helpful that you shared the details. I have one question: when you submit bankstatements - can we download from online account and directly use or do we need to ask bank to use any signatures. Asking as I am outside India and need statements transferred online by Bank and its from 2006 onwards till 2019 is what I need. Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can just directly download online version of the bank statement and highlight the salary transaction line item,thatā€™s it!
Quicktip-As the bank statements will be large in size,you can just attach 1st page(which will have bank name,from -to date,employee name etc) and salary credited page (be it the last page or middle) and highlight salary transaction (i did the same for 10 years of bankstatements inclusive of common wealth bank statements-australia).

I just read your post, Just wanted to confirm that for the current employer I don not have any roles and responsibility letter, but I have got the SD from my senior colleague, in addition to that I have Employment proof for my colleague and myself, however I am unable to get any denial for roles and responsibility letter. Is it mandatory or will my ACS be ok without that ?
