Annexure E and change of appearance address question

Hi,

I know this might be a silly question but should the address in the annexure E and change of appearance forms be the Indian address in passport or the US address I currently live in.

Did you notarize annexure E? Did you hear from VFS that it needs to be notarized?

I notarized my Annexure E form.

Yes, as per the checklist, you have to get it notarized.
