I need help while filling Annexure F-
State whether non-resident Indian and if resident abroad - I am currently staying to U.S. so should I say my last arrival date - present or last 2 stays.
State how and when the passport was lost/ damaged and when FIR was lodged at which Police Station and how many passports were lost/ damaged earlier? VFS rejected my passport stating that Binding was damaged though I sent my passport in correct form and when I received it was actually damaged , i.e. is Binding was loose. So what shall I fill in this? I talked to VFS and he said you just fill - Damaged Passport for this question.
