Apply H1B extension with Approved I-140

Hi Team,

I have I-140 which is approved in the year Jan 2018. My H1B expired on June 2021 and I moved back to INDIA in the same year.

My question is on, as I have approved I-140, am I allowed to apply extension by using the I-140 copy?

If you are currently employed, yes the employer can apply for H1 with the approved I-140.

Thank you your reply Aryan. I am currently employed with Indian company but not with USA company. I recently got an offer from a USA company. I would like to know if they can use my I-140 to apply for H1B or not?
