ScoMo just announced that the international borders will open on Feb 21.
Do you think this may re-start regular invitations for 189 visa? Or is it almost dead for another year or two? Perhaps they may only invite some occupations?

They may start regular invitations for 189 but the question is when. Things have started to pick up after border reopening since Dec 2021 so guess might be another few months before things go back to Pre-Covid era. But again no timelines guaranteed.
