Hi,
My H4-EAD was expired last year oct and didn’t applied extension before the expiry.
Recently I got my visa stamping based on H1B during my visit to India in the month of April.
Now I applied EAD extension and received the receipt notice in last week, have following query
I’m eligible for Auto extension rule as now I applied for EAD extension for the previously expired EAD and I have valid i-94 till March 2025 ?
Please someone advise me.
