I had scheduled B2 visa stamping 3 years ago. I still have the appointment confirmation and confirmation of paid visa fees. Visa stamping is in Mar2025 so do I need to fill out a new DS160, would the old one be still valid? Do I need to pay the visa fees again? is there any way I can confirm whether the B2 visa appointment still valid after 3 years?

Did the system allow you to make an appointment 3 years in the future?
If I understand correctly, you made an appointment for Mar 2025 sometime in 2022?
I have never heard of such long future appointments. Usually, the time frame is 1 year.

Apparently yes, this is from the period when it was super hard to get any stamping slots. I dont know I just booked it whatever I got back then so I am not sure if its still valid. I will try to get in touch with USCIS.
USCIS does not manage visa appointments. You will need to call the agency that runs the visa appointment site.
