My name is correct in Birth certificate and Passport,
but my mother and father name is mentioned only first name in my birth certificate and my mother name is not correct. Will it cause any issues while submitting a visa with this birth certificate? Unluckily my 10th Mark sheet name of Mother is also incorrect. Can you help to understand if we do have to change the birth certificate names for my mother or is it ok submit those ones. Thanks
Is your mother alive?
If yes, then, i just to create one and same person affidavit and submit it with your application to prove that all names belong to the same person.
