Hi I have booked B1/B2 appointment for my parents by the draft DS160. I tried to pull the ds160 to submit but site says it did not find the records. I have filled the new ds160 and submitted. Is there a way to link new ds160 to the appointment. If reschedule is the only option the If i reschedule new appointment do i need to pay the visa fee again. Any inputs can be helpfull.
