I stay in California. I applied for dmv license renewal. They didn’t provide the license extension using the H1 b extension receipt notice. Finally they offered me extension through AB60 category. So I was confused whether I can get renewal using that category or not ? Field officer requested me all the document including my Drivers license
even I got my DL via AB60 only as there was no other option if you would like to drive while still your extension application is in pending status. I’m glad I got DL via AB60 as its been already 2months which would have been tought with out it. Hope these cases gets approved soon for everyone!
