Can H4 EAD card holder work as contractor directly with client

Hi, my wife recently got her h4 ead approved. she got a job as a direct contractor with client (no third party involved). I want to ask can my wife work as contractor on W9. Thanks

Yes, H4 EAD has no restrictions. They can work in whatever way they like.
