My son going for a stamping soon to India (H4 stamping). I am also traveling to india after my sons travel. to India. Can my son travel back to USA alone with valid visa after his stamping?. By that time i will be in India only. (My Visa stamping could be in Progress ) .
Can some one help me.

Your son can travel back to the US if he has the valid visa stamp on the day of travel.
If you are also traveling, then, the embassy will first wait for H1B visa stamp and ask your son to submit that H1B visa stamp before they approve his H4 visa.
Thank you so much Anil. My Son will be traveling back alone to USA after his H4 visa issued. he is 18 years old. During his travel to USA i will be in India and my h1b stamping (I am Primary applicant) process could be in Progress. I will travel back to USA once i got my visa stamped. Will it be fine?.
