My h4 ead is in pending from few months and now my spouse is going to apply for h1b transfer and I am planning to apply for new h4 ead without h4 extension with spouse h1b transfer in premium so that I get approval faster.
The reason I don’t want to file h4 extension with spouse h1b transfer is I am also filing for my h1b at the same time and if h4 extension is approved after my h1b approval then I will be on h4 and again I need to file h1b COS.
My concern is, will it be ok to file new h4 ead without h4 extension with spouse h1b transfer in premium and do I need to withdraw my pending h4 ead which was filed with his previous employer or can I withdraw it once my new h4 ead gets approved?
