Can i file I485 with FOIA response

Hi Anil,

As per online status, my I140 has approved with employer B since 18-FEB-2025. But i have not yet received the approval copy from my employer. After multiple follow up my employer attorney says, they will share the approval copy once their office receive it.
But mean time, i have raised a FOIA request and get the response. FOIA response says the case has been approved with the approval letter.
My question is, if my PD will get current soon, can i file I485 form with FOIA response?

You should be able to use the FOIA response copy of i140 to file i485. I do not see any issue.
