Can i Get H4 visa stamp without primary H1B stamp when both are in India

Hi,

My wife planned to travel early to India so she got the h4 appointment in December first week. I have got H1B appointment in December last week.
However, at last, we decided to travel together in the first week of December. Is it okay if H4 appointment is before H1 appointment when we are both in India.

They will most probably hold the H4 visa until your H1B is approved. You will have to submit a copy of your H1B visa to get the H4 approval.
